ModSquad is hiring work at home customer support reps in the U.S. These home-based jobs are contract positions.

Compensation for these work at home customer support positions is $10 per hour. Hours are available from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST 7 days a week.

The Ideal Candidate (from work-at-home job listing):

• Excels in a high traffic environment
• Has previous customer service experience
• Has experience with Zendesk or similar systems
• Has basic troubleshooting skills
• Has a working computer & headset
• Is available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and can commit to a minimum of 60 days on the project
