While providing customer support to this client program you’ll be working with customers who have emergency roadside benefits as part of their automotive insurance policy, or their new vehicle owner’s package. As a Service Partner using the Arise® Platform, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to choose when you want to work from home by providing virtual customer service support.
What to Expect
Servicing this client program means you’ll handle inbound calls for roadside assistance and other requests for the client’s customers. Calls will be made in English or Spanish, relating to requests for assistance with issues like a flat tire, a vehicle that won’t start, keys locked inside of a car, or a vehicle that has been in an accident.
Sometimes you’ll place outbound calls, in English or Spanish, to the client’s customers to provide service and status updates or clarifications. Other times you’ll transfer calls to other client-designated internal support departments. You will usually need to identify the customer’s location using Google Maps and other client tools, and secure service providers to assist customers, based on the parameters of their policies.
No matter what you’re doing, you’ll be making an impact when you’re working from home by helping customers navigate emergency roadside situations in both English and Spanish.
