Here’s How It Works

Signing up for this client means you’ll handle chat, inbound and outbound calls. Sometimes you’ll respond to questions like “Where is my order?” via phone call or virtual messages. Other times, you’ll assist customers with product questions or order placements.

There will also be moments when you’ll handle existing orders, including returns and replacements, as well as store-specific support, gift card/loyalty card support, and shipment tracking. No matter what inquiry you’re assisting with, your goal will always be to disposition all calls and chats and deliver resolutions with white glove service.

How Many Hours Can I Service?
